NH GOFFSTOWN — Goffstown Zoning Board affirms summer camp decision, grants entry stair and garage variances. Vice Chairman Jason Cote's board voted 5-0 to uphold the Code Enforcement Officer's determination that Gage Farm Schoolhouse at 215 Wallace Road does not require a conditional use permit to operate a summer camp program under its existing state school-age childcare license. The Board also unanimously approved a variance allowing Craig Drobek to rebuild a garage at 129 Mountain Base Road maintaining a 5-foot side setback and 15.1 percent lot coverage, and approved Jeffrey Allen's variance for replacement deck and stairs at 48 Laurel Street falling 4 to 7 feet short of the required front setback because the house itself sits at the setback line.

The Board tabled a staff proposal to update ZBA application fees pending supporting documentation.
