Zoning Board approves two variances for residential additions

Zoning Board of Adjustment · Meeting of February 10, 2026

NH GOFFSTOWN — Goffstown Zoning Board approves two variances for Warren Avenue home expansion. The board unanimously granted two setback relief variances to homeowner Adam Danis for an attached garage addition positioned 5 feet from the side property line (versus the required 15 feet) and a mudroom 21 feet from the front property line (versus the required 25 feet). The garage approval is conditioned on submission of a certified surveyed plan confirming the minimum 5-foot setback before foundation pouring.

All five regular board members supported both variances.
