Zoning Board approves multifamily variances for Henry Bridge Road duplex
Zoning Board of Adjustment · Meeting of April 7, 2026
NH GOFFSTOWN — The Zoning Board of Adjustment approved three variances for a multifamily duplex on Henry Bridge Road in a split 3-2 vote. The 3.85-acre property at 40 Henry Bridge Road, currently zoned Agricultural, will accommodate an additional two-unit duplex alongside an existing single-family home and accessory dwelling unit. Board members Christopher Leach, Kristen Dawes, and Len Stuart voted in favor; members Charley Farley and John Beliveau opposed, citing concerns that the proposal exceeded the zone's maximum density by three times.
The board also unanimously approved variances for a home rebuild at 129 Mountain Base Road with dimensional modifications and a salon home occupation in a detached garage at 225B Goffstown Back Road.
