Zoning Board approves dog daycare variance, plumbing business expansion

NH GOFFSTOWN — Goffstown Zoning Board approves variances for dog daycare and plumbing business. The board unanimously approved a variance for Z.A.K. LLC to operate a commercial kennel with overnight boarding at 553 Mast Road in the Goffstown Plaza, conditioning approval on 100-foot setback compliance; the facility will house approximately 40 dogs daily with around 10 overnight stays on average.
The board separately and unanimously granted two variances and a special exception allowing Wayne R. Sarette Living Trust and Sandra R. Canada-Thistle Revocable Living Trust to build a 2,160-square-foot detached office and garage for W.W.W.
Sarette Bros. Inc. Plumbing, Heating and HVAC at 294 Goffstown Back Road, with reduced acreage and setback requirements.
