Zoning Board of Adjustment · Meeting of October 6, 2026
NH GOFFSTOWN — Goffstown Zoning Board approved Class VI road home, split on ADU expansion. Gregory Keating won a special exception to build on unmaintained Kennedy Hill Road, with approval relying on state law effective July 1, 2026. The board approved a deck variance for Michel Charron at 88 Louis Street (self-reported error) but denied his request to expand his 832-square-foot accessory dwelling unit to 1,070 square feet, citing failure to meet hardship criteria and "mission creep" beyond the 950-square-foot state limit.
Member John Beliveau opposed the denial. Separately, the board continued Christopher Kelliher's shed variance hearing to November 10.
