NH GOFFSTOWN — Village Bridge Ad Hoc Committee approves revised charter with expanded community membership and launches capital campaign prep. Chair Paula Bedard led the unanimous 6-0-0 vote to increase community-at-large seats from one to three, preserving seats for Vice Chair Andrew Cadorette and Rotary Club member Cynthia Boisvert. Ad Hoc members will raise funds; the Friends of Goffstown Rail Trail will manage them, with a memorandum of understanding to address grant-funding contingencies.
Preparation includes fundraising training, developing a Case for Support, creating donor templates, and exploring NH Charitable Gaming Commission funding. The next meeting is May 5, 2026, to review the draft MOU and 2025 donor list.
