Trustees establish library capital reserve fund, approve $400,000 for capital projects

NH GOFFSTOWN — Goffstown Trustees establish library capital reserve fund with $400,000 in voter-approved transfers. The four-member board unanimously re-elected Chair Melanie Renfrew-Hebert and Secretary Fred Plett, then established the new Goffstown Library Capital Reserve Trust Fund with $50,000 in voter-approved funding. The trustees also unanimously accepted $350,000 for the Fire Apparatus Capital Reserve Trust Fund, with contributions totaling $125 directed to the Grasmere town hall Restoration Fund.
In additional business, the board determined 2026 scholarship disbursement amounts for a dozen named scholarships.
