Chair Melanie Renfrew-Hebert and the board discovered a $216,000 mismatch in how trust balances were categorized across the MS-9 and MS-10 forms, requiring corrections by the accounting firm Clarfeld to establish a separate account for the Rita M. Banfield Revocable Cemetery Trust ($5,000), correct missing and misallocated deposits, and fix the principal-income bucket discrepancy.
