Trustees approve $438,632 in school facility disbursements

NH GOFFSTOWN — Trustees of the Trust Funds unanimously approved $438,632.85 in disbursements from the Facilities Capital Reserve Fund for four school district projects. Funding covered a $20,702.25 scoreboard replacement at Goffstown High School, $82,538.60 for phone system replacement, $285,392 for Mountain View Middle School Cistern project phase 2, and $50,000 for IT core switches replacement, all authorized by school board votes on April 6. The board also welcomed Cemetery Trustees Valerie Neal and Deb Grant to advance a Cy-Pres petition to consolidate 11 perpetual care trust funds, which has received endorsement from the state director of charitable trusts.
