Planning Board Grants Relief for Wetland Expansion Project

NH GOFFSTOWN — Goffstown Planning Board unanimously grants relief for residential expansion near wetland. The board approved a proposal by the Julie Reste Family Trust to add a 312-square-foot screened porch and convert an existing deck to living space at 355 Black Brook Road, allowing the additions to extend into the 100-foot wetland conservation buffer with eight conditions including Blanding's Turtle protection and extended drainage systems. The Conservation Commission recommended approval.
The board also deferred a duplex application at 12 South Mast Street to August 13 and a driveway modification request at 18 West Union to July 9.
