Planning Board Approves Escrow Release; Advances Regulations Review

NH GOFFSTOWN — Goffstown Planning Board votes to release $69,994 in escrow for completed Woodland Village development. The board voted unanimously to release the surety for the Bog Road and Mountain Road project. Planning Board Chairman Tim Redmond deferred approval of updated Rules of Procedures pending two additional elected members.
The board reviewed proposed Development Regulations updates including extension of the "active and substantial development" timeline from one year to three years per state law, new Class VI Roads provisions with municipal liability waivers, and refined stormwater standards, then agreed to review again.
