NH GOFFSTOWN — Planning Board approves $13.3 million five-year road program as part of 2027-2032 Capital Improvements Matrix. The board voted 5-1 to adopt the matrix, with Vice Chair James Raymond presenting department requests spanning fire apparatus replacements totaling $3.6 million, library HVAC work, and a $10 million placeholder for full-day kindergarten expansion at Glenlake School. Member Barbara Griffin opposed, citing concerns that numbers are rarely scrutinized or amended at the board level and that items such as laptop carts may not belong in a capital program.

The board unanimously approved a site plan waiver for a dog daycare at 553 Mast Road and voted to have Town Engineer Scott Ozana review plans for the Goffstown High School parking lot expansion.
