Planning Board accepts driveway waiver application withdrawal
Planning Board · Meeting of July 9, 2026
NH GOFFSTOWN — The Goffstown Planning Board accepted the withdrawal of a driveway modification waiver application. Property owners Richard and Kathleen Plante, at 18 West Union in Residential-1 zoning, had sought waivers to allow a 30-foot driveway, 22 feet maximum, and parking spaces 2 feet from the side property line, 10-foot setback required. After making changes to comply with town development regulations, the applicants withdrew the request, which the board approved unanimously.
The board also approved minutes from May 28 and June 11 meetings, with varying abstentions recorded in both votes.
