Parks Commission approves youth lacrosse uniform purchase

NH GOFFSTOWN — Goffstown Parks and Recreation Commission approves $2,300 youth lacrosse uniform purchase. The commission voted 5-0 to replace 65 worn sublimated uniforms from stock purchased three years ago, using revolving fund monies. Director Rick Wilhelmi noted that while the uniform program has been successful with minimal loss, the white sides have deteriorated after three years of seasonal use in poor weather.
Commissioners opted to continue the current distribution model but increase replacement frequency with smaller annual purchases to stay ahead of wear cycles. Youth lacrosse registration for the April 5 season is underway.
