NH GOFFSTOWN — Library board adopts three-year strategic plan. The Goffstown Public Library Board of Trustees unanimously approved its 2026-2029 Strategic Plan and formally accepted an unrestricted donation of $121.07 from Jane A. Kelly of Punta Gorda, Florida.

Chair Terry Curtis's seven-member board also approved $760.75 in interest revenue from the Trustees of the Trust Fund. In facility planning, the board received quotes for LCHIP-funded storm window replacement: white windows at $23,258 or historically accurate hunter green at $37,534. A public hearing on bookcase work quoted at $6,000 is scheduled for February 18, and the board noted an incoming director transition as Patti Penick prepares to take over from retiring Director Dianne Hathaway.
