Goffstown Zoning Board approves duplex variance, continues second application
Zoning Board of Adjustment · Meeting of March 3, 2026
NH GOFFSTOWN — Goffstown Zoning Board approves duplex variance on Henry Bridge Road. Acting Chairman Jason Cote and three voting members unanimously approved a variance allowing a two-unit duplex on a 1.42-acre lot that falls short of the 3-acre Agricultural zone requirement. Applicant Andrew Cassidy argued the property's unique conditions, including wetlands, proximity to multiple zoning districts, and an adjacent 24-hour tow yard, warranted relief.
A companion application for additional housing units on an adjacent lot was continued to April 7, 2026, pending better buildable-acreage documentation. ===BRIEF===
