GOFFSTOWN PLANNING BOARD REVIEWS DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS DRAFT

NH GOFFSTOWN — Goffstown Planning Board launches overhaul of 2015 Development Regulations with 15 amendments under consideration. Newly elected Chairman Tim Redmond and Vice-Chair Kimberly Peace led a workshop identifying proposed changes to landscaping standards, stormwater runoff requirements, sidewalk widths (increasing from four to five feet), and granite curbing standards. The board also addressed Class VI Roads definitions and appointed Redmond as chairman of the Capital Improvement Program Committee.
