Goffstown planning board adopts 2026 development regulations

NH GOFFSTOWN — Goffstown Planning Board unanimously adopts new 2026 Development Regulations with stricter stormwater standards. The board voted 7-0 to approve the regulations effective July 27, 2026, following a public hearing with no public comment. The new standards reduce maximum steep slopes from 25 percent to 20 percent and significantly tighten stormwater management requirements developed by the Department of Public Works in 2022.

Changes include updated state statute provisions, clarified Class VI Road definitions, and enhanced certificate of occupancy and landscaping requirements.
