Goffstown library board maps outdoor-space redesign, building improvements

Library Board of Trustees · Meeting of July 15, 2026

NH GOFFSTOWN — Goffstown library board advances outdoor redesign amid trust-fund ambiguity. Vice Chair Jordan Evans and members Jessica Caron, Elizabeth Jipson, Kathy Coughlin, and David Banach voted four to one, with one abstention, to accept June minutes. Director Patt Penick received authorization to request DPW proposals for outdoor-space drainage infrastructure, additional parking spaces, and water-electricity sleeves ahead of tentatively scheduled September paving.

The board deferred to the next meeting a proposal to add a third check signatory to expedite payment processing and will investigate historical restrictions on library trust funds dating to 1910.
