NH GOFFSTOWN — Goffstown Conservation Commission approves two major applications. Chair Jean Walker led the commission's review of a two-lot subdivision at 112 Mountain Road creating 9.46-acre and 1.03-acre lots, voting 6-0 to recommend the project with best management practices for wetland protection. The commission also voted 6-0 to pass comments on Eversource's conversion of a former substation at 39 Mast Road to pole storage within the Wetland Surface Water Conservation District Buffer, noting poles will use DCOI treatment, a new formula replacing pentachlorophenol and CCA, and the site will address invasive knotweed infestation.
