EDC reviews vacant properties and tax incentive programs

NH GOFFSTOWN — Goffstown EDC reviews vacant properties and development incentives. Acting Chair Richard Bruno led the council through a map of vacant commercial parcels and discussed the RSA 79-E Community Revitalization Tax Relief Incentive available to the town. The council requested a list of town-owned properties for the next meeting and heard a Planning Board activity report covering pending subdivision and condo applications, plus new retail ventures including Aroma Joes on Mast Road.
