Planning Board · Meeting of September 24, 2026

NH GOFFSTOWN — Planning Board approves four-unit residential development on Henry Bridge Road with conditions. The board voted 6-1 to approve Andrew Cassidy's proposal to add a two-unit duplex to a lot already containing a single-family home and accessory dwelling unit, creating a four-unit multifamily development. Impact fees of $12,350 ($6,175 per unit) are due before Certificate of Occupancy, and the applicant must satisfy 34 conditions including landscaping with three trees along the property line and mandatory pre-construction and final inspections.

Barbara Griffin cast the sole dissenting vote. The board also held conceptual reviews of a 40,000-square-foot mixed commercial project at St. Anselms Drive and a two-lot residential subdivision at Worthley Hill Road, approving the latter 7-0 with conditions.
